GROUP FITNESS

We have a wide range of fun and challenging group fitness classes are available to improve your health.  These classes are a fantastic way to get active, stay motivated and exercise with friends.  We have choreographed classes to suit beginners through to the more advanced from the world Renowned Les Mills Formats to our own home grown class options.

Casual Attendance

Casual attendance is permitted by registering at reception.  All users must be at least 16 years of age. Please be prepared, sweat towels, drink bottles and proper gym attire will be required at all times.

General Information

For your own comfort, please ensure you bring along a towel and a drink bottle and warm clothing. Participants will not be permitted to enter a class after 5 minutes of its scheduled commencement time. Class size is limited, so be early to avoid disappointment.  Consulting your doctor prior to participating in any group exercise program is highly recommended.
