ACTIVE TEENS

Active Teens is designed to give teenagers a personalised option for their heath and fitness needs without the social or performance pressures of team based options and sport.  It allows them an individualistic approach in an environment that is both safe, social and fully supervised. 

 

An excellent option for all levels of fitness, from those just beginning an exercise program to those needing a higher level or a sport specific addition to compliment their other interests.

 

Active Teens offers a wide variety of supervised and  personalised training options for teenagers aged 13 to 15.

 

Active Teens gives you access to:

  • the Health Club from  3.30pm - 6pm weekdays,  all day on weekends and 9am to 6pm on school holidays
  • the pool anytime (no access to the spa & steam room)
  • group fitness classes at 5pm Monday - Thursday

When you come to the gym

  • gym etiquette must be adhered to at all times

  • please bring a sweat towel and a drink bottle
