The good news is that it is never too late to start being regularly active! Coburg Leisure Centre offers a variety of land and water based group classes specifically designed for the needs of older adults. Please Note: Consulting your doctor prior to participating in any group exercise program is highly recommended. For your own confort, please ensure you bring along a towel and a drink bottle and warm clothing. Participants will not be permitted to enter a class after 5 minutes of its scheduled commencement time, classes are limited to 20 participants, so be early to avoid disappointment. Active 50+

The Living Longer program specifically targets this concern with proven resistance training techniques and excellent instruction. From beginner to advanced you will feel stronger for longer. |
