The cardio area contains the most up to date computerized equipment available. The exercise environment is fully air conditioned ensuring a comfortable workout. Our friendly caring and highly qualified fitness instructors are available to consult and tailor programs to help you achieve your fitness goals. Health evaluations, fitness assessments and program reviews are regularly conducted as part of our exceptional service. Casual Gym Attendance reception. All users must be at least 16 years of age. Those under the age of 16 years may train under the direct supervision of a fitness instructor by prior arrangement. Please be prepared, sweat towels and proper gym attire will be required at all times. |
