RUNNING GROUP

 

The running group is lead by Sharee (Vic. Athletics Coach), one of our most experienced gym instructors. Her background and knowledge in running is phenomenal and will help you to maximise your running potential.

 

The running group consists of an hour of running hills, stairs, sprints and drills around the Coburg area to improve your technique, skills and performance.

Participants must meet at the front of the centre 10 minutes prior to commencement.

 

Pre registration is essential by ringing Coburg Leisure Centre to notify of your attendance and to have completed the registration form.

What to bring 

  • Please bring a drink bottle and a sweat towel with you.
  • A digital watch is preferred when timing speeds, though you are not required to have one.

Fitness level and running experience prerequisite  

 

Participants must be able to run continuously for 15 minutes.

 

Mondays  6.00pm – 7.15pm

All year round, excluding public holidays.
