Nick has been involved in health and fitness for most of his life having competed at U18 state level (Queensland) in both swimming and basketball. Since 2004, Nick has excelled as a gym instructor and personal trainer.

Nick specialises in cardiovascular fitness, endurance training, weight loss, group training, circuit training (indoor and outdoor), older adults fitness and core strengthening.

His interests include cycling and more cycling and more cycling.
